A backup of your Photos library that checks itself.

Permafrost copies your Apple Photos library, originals and edited versions, to a drive or network folder you own. It checks every copy against the original, re-checks on a schedule, and repairs a copy that has been damaged. It never changes or deletes anything in your library.

Now in testing

Permafrost for the Mac is in a private beta. If you would like to try it, email hello@stach.ltd.
